Controller
J-ART is responsible for the processing described in this policy in connection with ORÉE.
Hosting and technical logs
The website is hosted by Infomaniak. As with ordinary web hosting, technical information such as IP address, date and time of access, requested resource, browser information and security logs may be processed by the hosting infrastructure for delivery, stability and security.
Language preference
ORÉE stores the selected interface language locally in the visitor’s browser using the key oree-lang. This preference is used only to restore English or French on a later visit.
Google Fonts
The current site loads Cormorant Garamond and Inter through Google Fonts. This may cause the visitor’s browser to connect to Google-operated servers to retrieve font resources, which may transmit technical request information such as the IP address.
Email contact
If you contact J-ART by email, the information you send is processed to read, manage and answer the communication and, where relevant, to discuss a collaboration or request.
Messages may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary for correspondence, project administration or applicable obligations.
Tracking, advertising and cookies
The ORÉE application does not currently implement analytics, advertising pixels, visitor profiling or marketing cookies. It does not provide accounts, payments, newsletters or a contact form.
If these practices change, this policy should be updated before the new functionality is made public.
Your rights and questions
Subject to applicable data-protection law, you may have rights concerning access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection in relation to personal data concerning you.
Questions or requests may be sent to j-art@framing-creativity.ch.
